These 7 steps came from Robert Allen’s How To Generate A Lifetime of Unlimited Wealth- Multiple Streams of Income Money Make-Over Made Easy CD #1.

The 7 Healthy Habits
1. Eat and Drink HealthierThe First Healthy Habit is to eat and drink healthier 90% of the time. Use the remaining 10% to eat whatever you want, but don't pig-out, use moderation.
Eat more raw foods (fruits and veggies), take good whole food vitamin supplements, and drink 1/2 of your body weight of filtered water in ounces. (ex. 130 lbs. drink 65 ounces)
2. ExerciseThe Second Healthy Habit is to exercise at least four times a week. Start slow and gradually build up. Weather permitting, walk outdoors and get a little sunshine.
Practice good posture. Hang upside down (Inversion reverses the effects of gravity) for one minute a day (thirty seconds after work, thirty seconds before bed).
3. Maintain BalanceThe Third Healthy Habit is to maintain balance in your life (Body, Mind and Spirit), have fun, enjoy your work and life.
Work smarter not harder, give thanks and praise. Be grateful for what you have. Rest when your body calls for it. Meditate. Pray. Use affirmations daily to feed your mind and spirit too.
4. A Good Chiropractor
The Fourth Healthy Habit is to use a good Chiropractor. Chiropractors are vital to your health care team. I recommend a once a month body alignment/tune-up for optimal health (lowers blood pressure) and stress relief.
It will also make you feel good and helps your immune systems. Prevention is the key!
5. Reduce Chemicals
The Fifth Healthy Habit is to reduce the chemicals used on a daily basis. Examples:
- Use a water filter to rid the chlorine.
- Use deodorant not anti-presperant. (Aluminum Chlorhydrate)
- Use pump hair spray not aerosol. (Better yet, use none)
- Make better food choices:
- Use real sugar, stevia or honey vs. Splenda or NutraSweet
- Eat home cooked meals and avoid the toxic food chemicals and additives found in packaged/convenience foods that cause diseases, allergies and food sensitivities (Saves you thousands of dollars in not needing to go to the allergist!!)

Where Is Your Heart?

Get a Second, Third Or Even Fourth Opinion
One of my favorite channels is Discovery Health. I like to watch the show Mystery Diagnosis because you ‘ll learn what to look out for. For example, last night a lady in her early thirties started having hip pain. She went to her family doctor and he told her that she was just getting “older”. [...]
